Refunds

Seven days from the day you buy. Full refund. No questions, no forms, no call.

Email the address on your Stripe receipt from the email you bought with, say refund, and it is done. Refunds return to the card that paid and course access closes when the refund issues.

If the seven days have passed and something is genuinely wrong, email anyway. Edge cases get read by a person.
